Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, but unfortunately, they smelled horrible of dirty and sweaty feet, which was quite off-putting. The service was extremely friendly and inviting, but the location was a bit hard to find for our cab driver. The dining options were good, with a variety of hot and cold dishes available, but the high price tag didn't seem justified. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a charming district, ideal for exploring central Berlin. The rooms, though well-equipped and comfortable, can feel stuffy with limited ventilation. The service is exceptional, with quick responses to guest needs, but lacks a night porter. Dining offers good options but may not justify the price. Overall, the location is perfect for sightseeing, though some areas could be improved for an even better experience.
The hotel was amazing, with great facilities and comfy beds. The connected rooms were prepared specifically for our needs, and the welcoming host and overall staff made us feel warm and cozy. The mini-bar was a nice touch.
I couldn't believe how great this hotel was! The rooms were beyond my expectations, spacious, and elegantly furnished, providing a quiet haven during my stay. However, they were a bit on the smaller side. The service was top-notch, genuinely helpful and inviting from the moment I arrived, offering me a warm beverage and cookie. Only a minor downside was that they left for the night at 8 pm, but overall very friendly and helpful. The location was awesome, just a few steps from public transportation and key monuments; a peaceful alcove near Alexanderplatz. As for the dining experience, the food was extraordinary, with a variety to choose from, although a bit pricey. The hotel facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall fantastic experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious for the price and located at the end of the hallway, making them very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were of good size, very comfortable, equipped with everything you needed, and the mini-bar was very reasonably priced. The staff, especially Hettie and Ralph, were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel at home, even providing great guidance about Berlin. The location was ideal for tourists, being central yet in a very quiet area, perfect for a short vacation and sightseeing. The hotel is close to the train station and Fat Tire Bike Tours shop. However, the dining options were limited, and the hotel offered only creative dishes. Despite this, overall, the hotel was splendid in terms of facilities and provided a great value for money in an excellent location.
My stay at Hotel Nikolai was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with 3 single beds providing plenty of comfort, and being just a 2-minute walk from Alexanderplatz station was super convenient. The facilities were great, especially the comfy beds.
